Complete Trivia Nights

When Is The Best Night To Host A Trivia Competition?

Complete Trivia has been running trivia nights on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday nights since it began operating. These are traditionally the quieter nights of the week when it is hard to attract a regular clientèle.

Our experience has shown that although Trivia competitions may be a slow burning fuse to start with, once established, they can provide a steady stream of customers on a regular basis. You will attract patrons who play weekly, fortnightly and monthly and once you have built up this rotation of regulars you can establish a consistent night.

To establish a Trivia night of 40-50 regular players you need a rotation of 80-90 regular players. The night becomes a social event where people can catch up with friends, enjoy the facilities of your venue and enjoy varied conversations pertaining to the questions asked.

Day or Night?

Complete Trivia runs trivia shows both during the day and at night in different venues and some venues have both a daytime show and a night time show. Memory Lane Trivia is a great alternative day trivia show for more mature customers.

As long as the event is promoted and people can rely on it being on the same night of the week, every week, you should be able to establish a regular crowd on any night or at any afternoon time.

The key to keeping your Trivia night well attended is not to risk breaking people’s habit patterns.
