Play Trivia – Our Trivia Night Directory
Getting our trivia night venues into the new website in a format that makes it easy for people to find where they are, took a little while, but the Trivia Night Directory is now almost complete. We hope that it helps people who want to play trivia, find a trivia competition easily.

We sorted the venues by State to make it a little easier and we are working on getting seperate pages for trivia nights in Sydney, trivia nights in Melbourne, trivia nights in Adelaide, trivia nights in Brisbane etc.
Clicking on a Complete Trivia venue name brings up a page with the day of the week that people can play trivia and the starting time for the competition at that venue. It gives the phone number so you can check the time is correct if you are playing trivia for the first time, or to book a table for a team. It gives the full address of the venue and displays a Google Map so the venue is easier to find.
How to use the Google maps
The Google maps certainly help and if you click on the directions link in the speech bubble, and enter where you live (in A), you can get directions for how to drive to the venue. You can even print these directions out if you choose. You can use the + and – buttons to zoom in and out on the map, and if you click and drag the little man icon and drop it over the marker, you can see a street view of the venue.
We have also, where possible, included links to each venue’s website. Many of the pubs or clubs give further details about their trivia night, with what type of prizes they offer to people who play trivia and details about their restaurants, bar specials, functions rooms and any other entertainment that they provide.
The venue entries are also tagged under the map. If you click on a tag ( like New South Wales, or Tuesday) it will bring up a page that contains all the venues that have the same tag.
Note to Complete Trivia Venues…
If you are reading this and are one of our trivia night venues, we’d appreciate it if you’d check your venue page for accuracy. Call or email us and let us know if we’ve got something wrong or have insufficient information. We tried to get starting times in for all the trivia night comps but not everyone has a website or a page on their website that gives this information.
Note to People Who Play Trivia…
To play trivia at most of our venues it may be necessary to book a table for your team. You can often do this by phoning the venue, but not all venues accept phone bookings. It may be a good idea however, to turn up at the venue 15 minutes to half an hour before the starting time, to make sure you get settled at a table and don’t miss the start of the trivia quiz competition.
